We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Lettings Officer to join our friendly Housing Services team at STAR Housing. If you enjoy juggling a varied caseload, working with people, and making a real difference to communities, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing lettings from start to finish – allocations, tenancy terminations, mutual exchanges and shared ownerships
• Marketing our homes positively to reduce voids and rent loss
• Working closely with colleagues, local authority partners and external agencies to deliver smooth, timely lets
• Supporting customers through the lettings and onboarding process, including those with additional or vulnerable needs
• Keeping accurate records and maintaining high‑quality data across our housing systems

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused service
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence working with housing data, policies and procedures
• A practical, problem‑solving approach and great communication skills
• Housing lettings or allocations experience (or closely related casework) is desirable
